Low Edges at the Windmill
I played my second gig with the Low Edges on August 20th at the Windmill in Brixton - the only venue in London with a dog on the roof! Our slot was pushed back (giving me memories of Spain and Scarlet's Well!) but we went on at 9.30, and although I couldn't hear much, by all accounts it was a good gig. James taped the set list to his rear for some reason (my convenience, I suppose!), which gave me the giggles. We played 2 songs new to me and they seemed to go down well, although I couldn't see the audience that well from being stuck in the corner. I had made the purchase of a second crash cymbal, and used it to full effect throughout the gig.
I believe the famous Underexposed website has some photos of this gig.
